**Objects:** TO ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE AND DEVELOP EDUCATION IN HUMAN VALUES AMONG ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY BUT PRIMARILY YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AND OVERSEAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONCEPT OF EDUCATION IN HUMAN VALUES  WHICH HAS BEEN DEVELOPED INTO A UNIVERSAL, VALUE BASED APPROACH TO ETHICAL, MORAL AND SPIRITUAL EDUCATION COVERING TRUTH, LOVE, PEACE, RIGHT CONDUCT AND NON VIOLENCE.

**Activities:** Our mission is to develop, promote & encourage an uplifting, values-based, 21st-century education to benefit children, teachers & those looking after children.  We provide universal resources fostering lasting, life-enriching values contributing to an integrated, ethical, moral, emotional, social & emotional education enabling young citizens to fulfil their potential while at school & afterwards.
