Chantry Community Primary School is a school wholly maintained by the Local Education Authority, the East Sussex County Council. Under the Articles of Government the School Governors are empowered to raise and administer a school fund which they have done for many years. Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Pupils Of Chantry County Infantschool By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Educational,recreational And Other Charitable Facilities In Augmentation Of Such Facilities Financed By The Local Education Authority.
