Objects: (1)The Relief Of Adults With Learning Disabilities Attending The William Brinson Centre By: (1)Education And Training Of Beneficiaries, Their Carers And The Public In General In Ways In Which The Beneficiaries Can Realise Their Full Potential To Lead Fulfilling Lives. (2)Providing A Network For The Exchange Of Information Between Individuals Voluntary Organisations And Statutory Authorities And Other Institutions Working For The Relief Of The Beneficiaries. (3)Liaison With Individuals Voluntary Organisations Statutory Authorities And Other Institutions Working For The Relief Of The Beneficiaries And Identifying Ways Of Improving The Services Provided For Beneficiaries By Them. (4)Relieving The Poverty Of Beneficiaries And Their Carers By Providing Advice And Information On Statutory And Other Benefits Available To Them. Provided That In Carrying Out Any Of Its Objects The Centre Shall Not Relieve The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets Or Any Other Body Of Their Statutory Obligations.
