Activities
IWUFT aims to: a) encourage and enable older people no longer in full-time paid employment to help each other to share their knowledge, skills, interests and experience. b) demonstrate the benefits and enjoyment to be gained and the new horizons to be discovered in learning throughout life. c) celebrate the capabilities and potential of older people and their value to society.
Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public And In Particular The Education Of Middle Aged And Older People Who Are Not In Full-Time Gainful Employment In The Isle Of Wight. The Provision Of Facilities For Leisure Time And Recreational Activities With The Object Of Improving Conditions Of Life For The Above Persons In The Interests Of Their Social Welfare.
