Objects: To Promote The Relief Of Persons With A Disability Within The Medway And Swale Area And To Assist Those Persons To Realise Their Full Potential To Lead Fulfilling Lives By The Provision Of A Service Calculated To:a) Assist Persons As Defined Above To Obtain Their Full Rights And Privileges As A Citizen;b) Provide Information To People With A Disability
