Friends of Hook Norton School Report of the Trustees for the year eDded 31 August 2024 l) The Charity was registered with the CIthTity Commission on 8 August 1995 under number IU48531. 2) The cIlty'S n1n objective is to advance and enhallce the educalion of the pupijs of Hook Norton School. 3) Thc n]anagement of the Charity is the responsibility of the Trustees who are elected and co-opted under the ternis of the Lharitys Consiitulioll. 4) The Charity had a surplus of £ 25,367.71 at the end of the period. 5) The Clwity made doihttions to the School totalling £ 34,158.28 during the year 6) The Principle address of th¢ CharAty is as follows:_ Hook Norton C of E School Sibford Road Banbur,, OxfordshiTe OXI5 5FS The Trustees have considered the risks to which the Charity might be subjectsd and are satisfied that svstems are in placc to mitigate such risks. The Trnstee's aim in relation to reservcs, is to hold sufficient casb rcscrvcs to be able to finance some donations to school and adn]inistrative expenses for 12 months if th¢ was no incon]ing resources during that period.
