			We are currently	working towards			being able to replace			our club	hut roof,
			which we estimate		will cost	upwards		of F60,000. With the			COVID
			restrictions over	the	past couple	ofyears we have not been able					to move
			this project forward,		but are hoping		to be	able to get this started			in 2022.
			In addition the	club	generator	and	sewage macerator			are reaching		the
			end of their expected lifespan,			with replacement			costs	in the	region	of
			220,000. Funds	are	kept available		to replace them		instantly should they
			fail as the club cannot o crate without them.
