**Activities:** The objects of the charity are to promote the welfare of disabled persons, other than those with a serious mental health condition, within the county of Gloucestershire.   To achieve this purpose the charity operates a grant funding scheme and invites written applications from groups and individuals which will enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities.
