The Charity's trustees are responsible t.or the preparation of the accounts. The
Charity's trustees consider that ali audit is not required for this year under Section
145 (1) of tlie Charities Act 201 I, and that an iiidependcnt examination is needed.
It is our responsibility to:
exainine the accounts under section 145 of the l 993 Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general DireLtions given by the Charity
