Activities

The Trustees are empowered to hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund to apply income and capital for or towards such charitable purposes as the Norwich Castle Round Table shall in their absolute discretion think fit.The charity raises funds through various activities and sponsored events.

Objects: The Trustee Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Trust Fund Upon Trust To Apply The Income And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital For Or Towards Such Charitable Purposes And To Make Donations To Such Institution Or Institutions At Such Time Or Times And In Such Manner As The Members Of The Club In Ordinary Meeting May In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit Such Determination Being Notified To The Trustees In Writing Provided That The Trustees May At Their Absolute Discretion With The Concurrence Of The Members Of The Club In Ordinary Meeting For A Period Of 21 Years From The Date Of This Deed Instead Of Applying The Income Of The Trust In Any Year Accumulate All Or Any Part Of Such Income At Compound Intrest By Investing The Same And The Resulting Income In Any Of The Authorised Investments And Hold The Same As An Accretion To As Part Of The Capital Of The Trust Without Prejudice To Their Right To Apply The Whole Or Any Part Of Such Accumulated Income In Any Subsequent Year As If The Same Were Income Of The Trust Arising In The Then Current Year.
