The Charity is constituted under a Deed dated 17th July 1995
It does rM)t actively fundraisè but receives donations from a number of regular donors and occasionally assisls certain
fundrai$8rs who are raising mney for SpfiC charitablè purposes in accordan(x with the Charities aims.
The Trust had an incom8 of £27740 in thè year. Th& ch8rity does not havg Bny capital assèts or endowmènts,nor does it have
any long temi commitments or contracts beyond one year. The Trustees ensure the income is used for the relevant charitable
purposes. In 8txofdance with Charity Commission guidan( il has a res8Thes of 25% of annual expeThJitsJre.
The Trustees seek to have a personal knowledge of the projects.which guides the grant makiryJ deusions. Each project is

RISK MANACEMENT
The Trustees havè considered any major risks lo which the Chanty may be exposèd and have revi6wgd the PrAdureS to
manage those risks. The tmstees are not aware of any attempted fraud or theft during the year.
