**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE OF MARY ROSE ACADEMY BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISIONS OF THE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND AS ANCILLARY THERETO;(A) TO FOSTER MORE EXTENDED RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PARENTS, STAFF AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL.(B) TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING IT.(C) TO HELP RAISE FUNDS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE FOREGOING OBJECTIVES.  ALL SUCH FUNDS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS AS STATED.

**Activities:** To advance the education provision of the Mary Rose School by providing and assisting in the provisions of support and funds.To foster extended relationships between parents, staff and others associated with the school and to engage in fundraising activities which support the school and promote the welfare of the pupils.All funds are applied for the benefit of the school.
