**Objects:** THE HELP AND RELIEF OF THE SICK, PEOPLE WITH A MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY, THE DISABLED AND OLD PEOPLE AND SUCH OTHER PEOPLE NEEDING HELP FROM THE EFFECTS OF THEIR DISABILITIES BY ENABLING THEM ALL TO HAVE ACCESS TO A PERSONAL ADVOCATE TO ASSIST THEM IN ARTICULATING THEIR NEEDS AND RESPONSES WHEN FACED WITH SUCH AGENCIES AS SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH, SOCIAL SECURITY, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND OTHERS OF A SIMILAR NATURE.

**Activities:** The provision of independent advocacy to persons with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues. The service includes generic, specialist and self advocacy projects.
