The Foresters Homes Trust was registered as a charity in 1997- registration No. 1047967. The purpose of the charity is to provlde sheltered accommodation for members of the Ancient Order of Foresters. The trustees/committee members during the year under revlew were as follows.. As accountants it is our responsibility to form an independent opinion, on those fin3ncial statements and to report our opinion to you. We have been appointed as accountants under section 43 of the Charities Act 1993 and report in accordance with the regulation5 made under sertion 44 of that Act. Basls of opinion We conducted our preparation of accounts in accordance with Actountin8 Standards. This includes examination, on a test basi5, of evidente relevant to the amounts and dlsc105ures in the financi31 statements. It also include5 an assessment of the significant estimates and judgement5 made by the trustees ifb the preparation of the financlal statements, and of whether the accountln8 policies are appropriatè to the Charlty's circumstsn¢es, consistently applied and adequately dlsclosed.
