**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO RELIEVE OF CHILDREN WITH LIFE THREATENING DISEASES OR WHO ARE TERMINALLY ILL,PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF A HOSPICE FOR THE CARE OF SUCH CHILDREN,AND TO RELIEVE THE MATERIAL AND OTHER NEEDS OF THE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES WHERE SUCH NEEDS ARE OCCASIONED BY THE CHILDREN,PARTICULARLY THE NEEDS OF ACCOMMODATION AND COUNSELLING.

**Activities:** The object of the Trust is to provide short breaks and palliative care, including end of life care,  in a homely environment forchildren and young people with life-limiting conditions whilst supporting their families, in the community, in their own homes and at the hospice known as Shooting Star House.Enhancing quality of life, when every moment counts.
