**Objects:** TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEADTEACHER AND STAFF.

**Activities:** The Charity carries out fundraising activities for Tilney All Saints VC Primary School,  including school fairs, discos and social events.  Practical assistance is provided to the school at the request of the headteacher and staff. The charity also provides a social framework within which parents, staff and Friends of the school may meet.
