(II) THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF SPIRITUAL EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORTIVE HELP TO THOSE IN NEED THEREOF

**Activities:** SSC provides space for people to reflect on their lives and enhance their spiritual wellbeing. Occasional guided retreats and study days are organised to which all are welcomed.
