Objectives and Artivities Aims and Objectives The charity'5 objects are the Telief of poverty and famine, the preservation and protection of good health, and for the dvancement OF education, and for the advancement of religious purposes anywhe in the world which a charitable ccounting to the laws of England an¢ Wales. The policies adopted in furtherance of these objects are as detailed in this report and there has been no change in these during the year. The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charlty Commission's guidance on publlc benefit. As at the balance sheet date. the charity had unrestricted reserve5 of £24,120. Since the year end further grants were authorised by the charity reducing the unrestricted funds. Reserve5 Policy As the charity does not employ any staFF or have any commitments to overheads, it is not considered necessary to hold any serves. structure Governance and Management Go¥ernlng Document The ch3rity was est3blished by a ch3ritab1e trust deed on 25 May 1995. The trustees meet regularly to discuss the objectives and day to d3y issues of the charity. A management structure is in place to provide contmls and ensure the successful running of the charity. The trustees have assessed the rnajor risks to which the charity is exposed and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate exposure to the rnajor risks. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charitie5 SORP IFRS 1021 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
