**Objects:** A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF HUNTINGTON SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EUCATION, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY B) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THAT THE CHARITY TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE

**Activities:** The object of the fund is to assist in the provision of education at Huntington School in the wider sense of the word.  The fund supports extra curricular activities which are not supported by the main school budget and receives income from fundraising activities.  It does not exist to generate profit but to act as a bank for a wide number of activities.
