Objects: Subject To Certain Conditions, To Pay The Income Of The Fund To The Trustees For The Time Being Of The Insurance Orphan's Fund ("The Orphanage") For The General Charitable Purposes Of The Orphanage, And In The Event Of The Total Failure Of The Trusts Hereinbefore Declared To Pay And Apply The Capital And Income Of The Fund To Or For Such Charitable Purposes Which May Benefit Persons Employed In Or Connected With Insurance Businesses As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
