The charity promotes the appreciation of the arts among the general public by the display, in the principal rooms at Tabley House, of the Tabley House Collection of paintings, furniture and "objets d'art" on loan to it from the University of Manchester.
Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public By The Provision Of A Museum Which Promotes And Preserves The Collection Of Furniture Pictures And Other Works Of Art At Tabley House.
