THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION THROUGH THE SUPPORT AND PROMOTION OF THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE HOLY COMMUNITY, THE MONASTERIES AND DEPENDENCIES OF MOUNT ATHOS.3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION THROUGH THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT OF THE CHARITABLE WORKS OF RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES OUTSIDE MOUNT ATHOS, BUT WHICH ARE CONNECTED THERETO BY RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION, DEPENDENCY OR TRADITION

**Activities:** The Objects of the Charity embrace the study and promulgation of knowledge of the Orthodox monastic communities of Mount Athos, and the promotion of their religious and charitable work, along with that of others which are dependent on or connected in some way with Mount Athos. The Charity supports and organises appeals to fund the repair and restoration of monasteries and buildings on Mount Athos.
