Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply IT For The Following Charitable Objects In Such Manner As They From Time To Time Think Fit:- (1) To Promote And Foster Research ( And To Publish The Useful Results Of Such Research) By Graduates Who Are About To Enter Into Or Who Have Recently Completed:- (A) The Common Professional Examination Or The Legal Practice Course Of The Law Society Of England And Wales (B) Training Contracts As Regulated By The Law Society Of England And Wales (C) Bar Vocational Courses; Or (D) Pupillage; Into The Theory And Practice Of Law (2) To Advance, Promote And Maintain The Legal Education Of Such Graduates By Way Of Financial Assistance In The Form Of Scholarships, Bursaries And Grants; And (3) Such Other Educational Objects Connected With The Theory And Practice Of Law As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Consider Deserving Of Financial Assistance.
