**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO MITIGATE AND REDUCE HAZARDS AND DISASTERS BOTH MAN-MADE AND NATURAL. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH S7 CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR S2 CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
