Introduction
The 12 month period from January 2021 to December 2021 has been another year of
God’s grace and goodness. We have again sought to uphold God’s glory and
endeavoured in faithfulness and commitment to Jesus to fulfil His purposes for the
church as outlined in the church’s mission and vision statements.
All Nations Church is committed to seeing the purposes of God being established as we
pursue the vision ; as such this report will use that as a guideline.
Following government guidelines re CoVid-19, we re opened the church building for worship services April 2021. Following our risk assessments re Covid precautions Parts of the building remained and certain activities – kids work, meals together remained closed.
Mid week meetings continued on online platforms, specifically Facebook and Zoom. As such this year’s report will remain unusual.
Vision and Purposes
Worship
The Sunday celebration was moved to in the building and online, via live streaming and then to Facebook premiere. We thank God that the services produced have been well received by
the congregation and has been accessed by many others outside of the Tees Valley area.
We thank God for all those who take part in the production of the online services for
their time, effort and video presentations.

Belonging
We thank God for all who call ANC home and not only attend regularly but also serve, pray and give to see God’s Kingdom established and extended. Life Groups meet during
the week as a core part of the church strategy to provide discipleship, community,
pastoral care and encouragement. These groups were moved online due to the pandemic and via a combination of Zoom and Facebook, have continued to provide other avenues of online fellowship for people. The church has continued to give generously to local churches and charities that are in line with its vision and mission.
Discipleship
As a church we have used our Sunday celebrations and Life Groups as a primary avenue for discipleship. The Life Groups are essential not just in deepening fellowship and community in the church but as a place for people to grow and learn together in a more relaxed and informal setting. During 2021 all discipleship and prayer activities continued online.
Ministry
The church is committed to releasing people to fulfil their God given ministry by helping them to discover their God given shape. Members continue to volunteer in ministries outside of the church, especially in the Moses Project (work with men struggling with
life limiting addictions), Woodham Christian Centre (elderly care provision) and children’s activities. The church also at Christmas was able to provide many food parcels
to people in the community and in the church. The church has also continued to give generously through its welfare fund to those in need both in the church and in the community.

Evangelism
The church used the recognised calendar dates to good effect with special emphasis on
Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Easter, Remembrance Sunday and Easter. Due to the pandemic usual face to face evangelistic activities remained online. The church’s online presence has acted in an evangelistic way for many who access it who aren’t members
of the church or of any church.
Operational Running
The church has continued to maintain financial viability whilst seeking to fulfil the purposes, mission and vision that God has called us to. The last 12 months have been challenging due to the pandemic but despite this the church was still able to run at an operational surplus for the year. Much of this surplus will be invested in ongoing online
ministries to upgrade and install the necessary technology to improve and increase our online presence and community. We thank God for His generosity and favour towards the church, and the sacrificial giving of many within the fellowship despite the ongoing pandemic pressures on
families and individuals.
Conclusion
It has been another year of hard work and great blessing with God bringing unexpected
and surprising things across our path. In many ways it has been one of the most
challenging years the church has experienced in its history and yet as we go into 2022, we are expectant and excited at the challenges that lie ahead. It is with thanks that we are able to present this report with the recognition that without the blessing of God and the hard work of the members we would not be in the position we are, in the pursuit of
the out working of God’s call upon us as a church.

Introduction
The 12 month period from January 2020 to December 2020 has been another year of God’s grace and goodness. We have again sought to uphold God’s glory and endeavoured in faithfulness and commitment to Jesus to fulfil His purposes for the church as outlined in the church’s mission and vision statements.
All Nations Church is committed to seeing the purposes of God being established as we pursue the vision ; as such this report will use that as a guideline.
This year has been unlike any other year in our church’s history due to the CoVid-19 pandemic. This led to the church closes the doors on it’s premised in the middle of March 2020. The building has remained closed for the whole year and all activities have been moved to online platforms, specifically Facebook and Zoom. As such this year’s report will be unusual and hopefully a one off.
Vision and Purposes
Worship
The Sunday celebration was moved online, first with via live streaming and then to Facebook premiere. It has proved to be challenging and has been a steel learning curve for all involved. We thank God that the services produced have been well received by the congregation and has been accessed by many others outside of the Tees Valley area. We thank God for all those who take part in the production of the online services for their time, effort and video presentations.

Belonging
We thank God for all who call ANC home and not only attend regularly but also serve, pray and give to see God’s Kingdom established and extended. Life Groups meet during the week as a core part of the church strategy to provide discipleship, community, pastoral care and encouragement. These groups were moved online due to the pandemic and via a combination of Zoom and Facebook, have continued to provide other avenues of online fellowship for people.
Despite the challenges this year, the church has continued to give generously to local churches and charities that are in line with its vision and mission.
Discipleship
As a church we have used our Sunday celebrations and Life Groups as a primary avenue for discipleship. The Life Groups are essential not just in deepening fellowship and community in the church but as a place for people to grow and learn together in a more relaxed and informal setting. During 2020 all discipleship and prayer activities were done online due to the pandemic.
Ministry
The church is committed to releasing people to fulfil their God given ministry by helping them to discover their God given shape. Members continue to volunteer in ministries outside of the church, especially in the Moses Project (work with men struggling with life limiting addictions), Woodham Christian Centre (elderly care provision) and children’s activities. The church also at Christmas was able to provide many food parcels to people in the community and in the church. The church has also continued to give generously through its welfare fund to those in need both in the church and in the community.
Evangelism
The church used the recognised calendar dates to good effect with special emphasis on Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Easter, Remembrance Sunday and Easter. Due to the pandemic normal evangelistic activities have had to be stopped but the church’s online presence has acted in an evangelistic way for many who access it who aren’t members of the church or of any church.

Operational Running
The church has continued to maintain financial viability whilst seeking to fulfil the purposes, mission and vision that God has called us to. The last 12 months have been challenging due to the pandemic but despite this the church was still able to run at an operational surplus for the year. Much of this surplus will be invested in ongoing online ministries to upgrade and install the necessary technology to improve and increase our online presence and community.
We thank God for His generosity and favour towards the church, and the sacrificial giving of many within the fellowship despite the ongoing pandemic pressures on families and individuals.
Conclusion
It has been another year of hard work and great blessing with God bringing unexpected and surprising things across our path. In many ways it has been one of the most challenging years the church has experienced in its history and yet as we go into 2021, we are expectant and excited at the challenges that lie ahead. It is with thanks that we are able to present this report with the recognition that without the blessing of God and the hard work of the members we would not be in the position we are, in the pursuit of the out working of God’s call upon us as a church.

REPORT OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF ALL NATIONS CHURCH
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 December 2020, which are set out on Pages 4 to 7.
Respective Responsibilities of Executive Committee and Examiner
The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to:
-
examine the accounts (under Section 145 of the 2011 Act);
-
to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act); and
-
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
-
a) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect, the trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that:
-
proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with Section 130 of the 2011 Act); and
accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Act: or
- b) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
