The Trust's mission is to provide a practical secondary education to deprived children in Africa and Asia. It focuses on the brightest children, especially girls. With effect from 1 January 2018, the trade and assets of the Trust were transferred to a newly formed Charitable Incorporated Organisation (charity number 1172364). The trustees and objects of the CIO remain the same.
Objects: Such Charitable Purposes Generally As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Decide And In Particular (But Without Limitation To The Generality Of The Foregoing) To Advance The Education Of Children Of Any Nationality And Whether Orphans Children Of Broken Homes Children Of Poor Parents Or Guardians Refugee Children Or Otherwise And To Maintain And Provide Assistance And Care (Whether Financial Or Otherwise) For Such Children During Such Time That They Are Being Educated
