Natwest bank balance at 315t August 2024
was £23,907.88. HSBC bank balance was
£531.57 (account to be closed in 24125 as
not used). All funds aro available for use
by FOLG: it was agreed in a committee
meeting on 23110124 that £7k be kept in
the account for future exp•nditure during
24125
riod.
Money is held in the Natwest bank_
account until the school and PTA
committee has agreed on which projects I
inltialives to fund. The HSBC account Is
going to be closed and the funds
transferred to the Natwest account during
24125 as this account has not been used
for some
ears.
It was agreed in a committee meeting on

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accA)unts of the above
charity (Yhe Trusf) for the year ended 3110812024.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in a￿rdance with the reqU1￿MentS of the Charities Act 2011
(Xhe Acr).
Responsibilities and
basis of report
l ￿port in ￿spect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of Ihe 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act: or
the accounts did not a￿rd with the accounting records", or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the fom and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
