**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITHIN THE FORMER CATCHMENT AREA OF SETTLE MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND OTHER CLOSELY ASSOCIATED AREAS, BY PROVIDING GRANT SUPPORT FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, SPORTING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES AS DEEMED SUITABLE BY THE TRUSTEES.

**Activities:** Money has passed through the account for educational visits to Leeds & local areas as well as residential visits to Grinton Lodge, East Barnby outdoor centre & London. Subject workshops have taken place in school. The SMSA funds are held within the SMS fund & money has been raised at various events. Monies raised have been used to provide resources for reading intervention.
