The Iruslees are also tr.e directors of the company for the purposes of company law) are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The truslees consider that an audit is not required for
this year under section 144{2} of ihe Charities Act 2011 Ilhe 2011 AGI) and thal an independent
examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audrt under company law and is eligible for
independent examination, il is my résponsibility to..

a. The cb.arity constitutes a public benefrt entity as defined by FRS 102. The financial statements have
been Frepared in accordan￿ A¢￿UntIng and Reporting by Charities" Stament of Recommended
practi￿ applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting
Standard applicable in the Uk and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) issued on 16 July 2014 las updated

Unreslricled funds are available for use at the discretion of the trustees in furtheran￿ of the general
objectives of the charity and which have not been designated for other purposes.
Reslri¢led funds are funds which are to be used in accordance with spe¢ifi¢ ￿$trictiOnS imposed by
donors or which have been raised by the charity for particular purposes. The cost of raising and
adminislraling suc+) funds are charged against the specific fund. The aim and use of each restricted
fund is set out in the notes to the accounts.
All grants and voluntary income are accounled for gross when receivable, as long as they
are capable of finan￿al measurement.

Provision for depre(xabon of fixed assels held for use by the charity is made at annual rates
calculated lo spread Ihe Gosl (less antiopaled residual disposable valuel of each asset evenly
over its expected useful life. Thtr depreciation rates currently in use for fixed assets held for use
by the charity are 150/0 on reducing balance basis for fixtures & equipment.
