Activities

Provides programmes and support to benefit the advancement of people from the African and Caribbean community, mainly students. The charity runs mentoring and enrichment programmes and a summer school.

Objects: (1) To Advance The Education Of The Public And In Particular People Of African And Caribbean Origins By Providing Training And Courses, And In Such Other Ways As The The Association Through Its Executive Committee May Determine So That The Beneficiaries Of The Association May Be More Able To Secure Employment And Realise Their Full Potential, Enabling Them To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society; (2) To Advance The Education Of The Public On Issues Arising From Discrimination Against Any Member Of Society On The Grounds Of Colour, Race, Nationality Or Other Ethnic Or National Origins; (3) To Promote The Principles Of Equality Of Opportunity, Diversity And Good Relations Between Persons Of Different Racial Groups In Society, So That The Beneficiaries Of The Association In Particular And The Public In General Are Able To Realise Their Full Potential, Enabling Them To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society.
