**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS IN THE TWO WARDS OF WALKERGATE AND WALKER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Day care provision of children aged 3months-3years.  This includes sessions for children from 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.The session run for 48 weeks of the year.The centre offers wrap around care for 3-4 years olds this incorporates sessions from 8-9am and 3-5.30pmMillers Dene also oversee the summer and easter playscheme activites held within the centre.
