**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS, AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH WITHIN AFRICA SO THAT THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF AFRICANS MAY BE IMPROVED, ANDTO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL, FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, WITHOUT ANY FORM OF DISCRIMINATION E.G. GENDER, RELIGION, RACE ETC.

**Activities:** Africaid was set up in response to the challenge of HIV & AIDS in Africa. In 2005 Africaid launched Whizzkids United which provides health, education and empowerment services for disadvantaged youth.  Activities include:Life Skills training through football, Peer Education & Health Academies which provide sexual and reproductive health services including HIV testing & ARV treatment.
