io the WSPC. In the role of CEO: Tony& will lead the WSPC in its ongoing cnmmilment io Ihe pi'ovision of

The WSPC. COO. Richard Watson, resigned on 7ih November 2023. We Successfully recruited Ailbhe
Mccormack in ihe role of Lead Coach and Yard ManaBer and she took up the role at the beginning of April
2024. Ailbhe Mccomiack is an e¥lremely ivell-qualified equestrian and instructor having achieved BHS Siage 4
in a number ot. areas, The Board is conf ident thai Ailbhe Mccormack will play a pivotal role in enhancing th¢
qualiry of our ridin8 PI08rammes and contribuling io the M'ell-being and enjovmenl of our participants.
The Pony Cenlre has a sLroiig team of paid 51afl'. The senior team members consider it importanl to (rain the
younger membets and io support ihem as ihey develop. In thi5 way further qualifications can be achieved.

As all Ihe buildings ai Ihe Pony Centre are maiiily of M'ood construcLion there is alwavs (he need for ongoing
repairs. The block of. 3 siables will require a ncw root. in Ihe coming 12 monihs. The main siable yai'd Mijll
requii'e some replacement kick boards. skylighc roof panels, & nem, 8Utlering. The indoor riding ai'ena is doing
well lor lis age of neai'ly 30 yeai's al(hough il will need budgei allocaied fov maintenan¢¢ work. The I'oof has had
woi'ked carried out on it but ivhilst appears in fairly good condilion ai some siage u new roof may need io be
considered.

We hope io eonlinue Lo irtcrease Ihe number of local special needs schools attending the pony centr¢. Our tsim is
to have Iwo schools per d4y alt¢ndin8 WSPC. We also plan to open up more we¢kday5 to CL TH sludents. The
C.enlre will look lo develop ILS 8¢neral ridin8 oftering to enhaiice revenue and Ihus 5UPPOrt ils charitable sttsws.

care & management of horses. especially of those in a riding school 51tuation. It is also hoped that all S￿[r ivill
