**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A PLAY SCHEME IN A SAFE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES BETWEEN THE AGE OF 2 YEARS AND 19 YEARS

**Activities:** Up to 2008, The Orwell Play Scheme ran a summer play scheme for children with special needs.  Unfortunately, in 2009, as a result of insurmountable difficulties in obtaining staff and volunteers, the Playscheme did not run and the decision was taken to dissolve the charity in accordance with the Constitution.  The formalities of dissolution are in progress and will be completed in 2010.
