The principal activity of the charity is the presentation of high quality live music. ## **Achievements and Performance** Our activity in 2023‐24 was limited to putting on one concert, a memorial concert for our late Artistic Director Tim Phillips. This took place in the Beehive, Honiton in November 2023 and was successful. A further Trustee, Trevor Bolshaw, died in December 2024 leaving only three Trustees, and we shall in 2024‐25 focus on sponsoring other organisations to put on musical events. ## **Financial Review** Our total income for the year was £2,510 (2023 ‐ £1,107) and our expenditure was £4,537 (2023 ‐ £5,295). As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at https://www.icaew.com/regulation. This report is made solely to the Board of Trustees of East Devon Music Festival CIO, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 14 February 2025.
