September 2022 Ofsted inspection was due and we were very proud to be awarded “Outstanding” rating.

Our manager or a member of staff speaks to parents when they are registering their children about the committee and explain how we are a charity led preschool and needs members to support the preschool. New parents will fill in a form to confirm if they would like to join the committee. This information is then passed on to the chair person who will invite the new members to join in with the next meeting. The new members will the be DBS checked.

Fundraising was a hit during Christmas 2022 with a big sale of raffle tickets and the Summer Fete was very popular with our stalls being game based.

Committee have had meetings where they have discussed the need to increase fundraising efforts to support the Pre School.

Children on roll was at an increase from the previous year with us being at capacity from April 2023.

Training has been at the forefront of our staff progression and we have completed Level 3 SENCO, Level 2 Children and Young Peoples Mental Health and PANCO Champion. Some of these courses we were fortunate enough to get fully or part funding.

After our accounts had been checked by an accountant it has been noted that we are currently working at a loss of £6448.47

Any fee’s that is paid in by cash is given to the Treasurer/Business Manager as soon as possible to be paid into the bank. There very limited cash held within the setting or with Treasurer/Business Manager.
