This Charity provides funds for the maintenace of a Village Hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish. The Hall can be hired by any individual or organisation for a reasonable fee with booking priority given to residents of the parish. In addition to the money raised in this way, the Charity raises funds by providing entertainment and recreational and educational events.

Objects: Village Hall For Use By The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Walpole St Andrew Without Distinction Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use For Meetings Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
