To Establish A Community Centre And To Maintain And Manage The Same(whether Alone Or In Corporation With Any Local Authority Or Other Other Body Or Person) For Activities Promoted By The Company And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.to Undertake Such Other Charitable Activities As The Executive Committee Of The Company May Deem Fit To Aid And Support The Local Community Within The Area Of Benefit, Particularly The Provision Of Community Facilities With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.
