Constitution : The Lambury Charitable Trust was established in 1982 under a Trust Deed, dated 29[th] November 1982. The original and copies of this deed are filed in the Charity’s office, ‘Elderns’ 19a Kingsweston Road, Henbury, Bristol, BS10 7QT.

and among such charitable societies objects or purposes as the Charity Trustees may from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit and at such times and in such manner and proportions as they shall think fit .

Purpose of the Trust. The Lambury Charitable Trust is a grant making Trust, making grants to charities that, in the main, are run from the United Kingdom.

Many of these UK based Charities carry out their activities overseas.

Grant Making Policy The Trustees’ policy has been to distribute approximately 2/3rds of the monthly income by way of regular payments by Standing Order to selected charities, leaving approximately 1/3[rd] available to meet unexpected urgent needs from either these charities we regularly support or others in response to immediate need.

Income and Expenditure:

Income : £ 39,231 Expenditure : £ 37,911

Full details of every item of Income and Expenditure are set out in the Trust’s spreadsheets. A summary has been prepared for this Annual Report which is attached as Appendix 1.

Income: The main source of income for the Trust continues to be the monthly donations from the Trustees, and gifts from other donors from time to time.

The income for 2024 / 2025 consisted of both regular monthly income and occasional one off donations, plus the refund of income tax for 2023 / 2024 of £7,964 The trust does not engage in fundraising activities.

Expenditure: In the main, grants from the Trust have been made to Charities run from the United Kingdom, many of whom work in many overseas countries. This is reflected in Appendix 1 of this Report.

Plans for: 2025 / 2026. The Trustees intend to continue with the same pattern of distribution of the funds as in previous years.

Public Benefit: We remain very confident that the various charitable organisations that have been supported by the Trust would readily confirm that they have been able to put our grants to very good use among the people they serve.

The Future for Lambury. The three Trustees have agreed that our Charity which commenced in November 1982 will be closed at the end of the 2025/2026 year, i.e. with effect from 31.03.2026

LAMBURY CHARITABLE TRUST

I report on the accounts of the Charity (number 1043638) for the year ended 31[st] March 2025 which are set out on pages 1 - 3

Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner:

The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act), as amended by s.28 of the Charities Act 2006) and that an independent examination is needed.

It is my responsibility to:

. examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act, as amended);

. to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, as amended); and . to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent examiner's report:

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.

Independent examiner's statement:

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that:

. proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41 of the Act); and

. accounts are prepared agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act; or

2) to which , in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Constitution : The Lambury Charitable Trust was established in 1982 under a Trust Deed, dated 29[th] November 1982. The original and copies of this deed are filed in the Charity’s office, ‘Elderns’ 19a Kingsweston Road, Henbury, Bristol, BS10 7QT.

therefrom or cause the same to be paid distributed or applied to for and among such charitable societies objects or purposes as the Charity Trustees may from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit and at such times and in such manner and proportions as they shall think fit .

Purpose of the Trust. The Lambury Charitable Trust is a grant making Trust, making grants to charities that, in the main, are run from the United Kingdom.

Many of these UK based Charities carry out their activities overseas.

Grant Making Policy The Trustees’ policy has been to distribute approximately 2/3rds of the monthly income by way of regular payments by Standing Order to selected charities, leaving approximately 1/3[rd] available to meet unexpected urgent needs from either these charities we regularly support or others in response to immediate need.

Income and Expenditure:

Income : £ 39,456 Expenditure : £ 37,908

Full details of every item of Income and Expenditure are set out in the Trust’s spreadsheets. A summary has been prepared for this Annual Report which is attached as Appendix 1.

Income: The main source of income for the Trust continues to be the monthly donations from the Trustees, and gifts from other donors from time to time.

The income for 2024 / 2025 consisted of both regular monthly income and occasional one off donations, plus the refund of income tax for 2023 / 2024 of £7,964 The trust does not engage in fundraising activities.

Expenditure: In the main, grants from the Trust have been made to Charities run from the United Kingdom, many of whom work in many overseas countries. This is reflected in Appendix 1 of this Report.

Plans for: 2025 / 2026 The Trustees intend to continue with the same pattern of distribution of the funds as in previous years.

Public Benefit: We remain very confident that the various charitable organisations that have been supported by the Trust would readily confirm that they have been able to put our grants to very good use among the people they serve.

The Future for Lambury. The three Trustees have agreed that our charity which commenced in November 1982 will close at the end of the 2025/2026 year, i.e. with effect from 31.03.2026

LAMBURY CHARITABLE TRUST

I report on the accounts of the Charity (number 1043638) for the year ended 31[st] March 2025 which are set out on pages 1 - 3

Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner:

The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act), as amended by s.28 of the Charities Act 2006) and that an independent examination is needed.

It is my responsibility to:

. examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act, as amended); . to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, as amended); and . to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent examiner's report:

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures

undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:

1) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that:

. proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41 of the Act); and

. accounts are prepared agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act; or

2) to which , in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
