**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST DAVID'S, PEMBROKESHIRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING ITS BELL INSTALLATION AND RINGING CHAMBER, TO ENABLE THE RINGING OF THE BELLS FOR DIVINE SERVICE AND TO PROMOTE ALL ASPECTS OF THE ART OF BELLRINGING WITHIN THE CATHEDRAL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE ART.

**Activities:** To advance Christian religion by giving financial assistance to the Cathedral Church of St Davids, Pembrokeshire for maintaining and improving its bell installation and ringing chamber, enable ringing of the bells for divine service and promoting all aspects of bellringing within the cathedral, in particular but not exclusively, by the education and training of individuals in that art.
