Objects: 1) To Provide Relief For Vietnamese Refugees And Their Dependants Who Are In Condition Of Need, Hardship And Distress.2) To Relieve Sickness, Hardship And Distress And To Advance Education Of The Vietnamese Community In The Bristol And District Areas By The Provision Of Individual Counselling And Advice Services. 3) To Advance The Education Of The Public In All Aspects Of Vietnamese Culture And Customs.
