The Enhancement And Improvement For The Public Benefit Of Children's Services Provided By Or At Hospitals And Hospices For The Care And Treatment Of Children, With Illnesses, Diseases Or Disabilities And In Particular (but Not Limited To) By The Provision Of Such Equipment Amenities And Facilities As Referred To In Article 3.1.1.3.
