**Objects:** 1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS 2) TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: A) THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES; B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AMONG SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES; AND, C) THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION.

**Activities:** We are a charity that promotes sustainable development, conservation of the environment and poverty alleviation. We support our activities through donations and programme related investment in renewable energy. The charity has invested in 12.9MW of wind energy in India. We use the surplus income from these investments to support social and environmental initiatives both in the UK and overseas.
