This Charity manages a portfolio of residential properties and investments with a view to generating income for distribution in pre determined shares to St. Margarets Lowestoft PCC, a Relief in Need Charity, an Education Foundation and a Reserve for General Benefit Charity

Objects: To Apply The Yearly Income Of The Charity As Follows:- (1) One Tenth Thereof In Augmentation Of The Income Of The Lowestoft Church And Town Relief In Need Charity (2) One Fifth Thereof In Augmentation Of The Income Of The Lowestoft Church And Town Educational Foundation (3) One Fifth Thereof As The Trustees Think Fit For Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit (4) The Remaining Half Thereof To The Parochial Church Council Of The Ecclesiastical Parish Of St Margaret Lowestoft To Be Applied By Them In Or Towards The Repair And Upkeep Of The Fabric Of The Parish Church Of The Said Ecclesiastical Parish And The Maintenance Of The Services Therein And Subject Thereto In Furthering The Religious And Other Charitable Work Of The Church Of England In That Ecclesiastical Parish In Such Ways As The Trustees And The Said Parochial Church Council Think Fit
