Objects: (3) The Provision Within The Counties Of Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire And Leicestershire Of;(3.1) Dwellings, Including Fittings And Furnishings, And Any Associated Amenities For Elderly Persons (Meaning Those Aged 60 Years Or More And Whether Or Not The Occupation Of Such Dwellings Is Shared With Persons Under The Age Of 60), And Disadvantaged Persons (Meaning Mentally Disadvantaged Persons Or Physically Disadvantaged Persons) Being Persons In Need Thereof Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Needs.(3.2) Items Of Equipment, Fittings And Furnishings, Services, Advice Or Assistance To Elderly Persons (Meaning Those Aged 60 Years Or More) And Disadvantaged Persons (Meaning Mentally Disadvantaged Persons Or Physically Disadvantaged Persons) Being Persons In Need Thereof And The Provision Of Any Associated Amenities Especially Designed Or Adapted To Meet The Disabilities And Requirements Of Such Persons, And The Provision Of Advice For Such Persons.(3.3) The Arrangement Of Carrying Out Of Works Or Improvements To, Repair Of Or Maintenance Of Dwellings Occupied By Such Persons Who Have Need Of This Assistance Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means.
