Slltton on the Hlll Pre-school Playgroup Independent Emamlners Report to the Trustees of Sutton on the Hill Pre-school Playgroup I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 6th April 2024, which are set out on page5 1 and 2. Respectlve re5ponslblltles of trustees and examlner The Charitys trusteès are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charlty's trustees tonsider that an audit is not required for thls year urtder sectlon 144121 of the Charitles Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to:_ Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,. Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act,. and State whether particular matters have tome to my attention. Basls of Independeni examlner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Chariry Commi55ion. An examination includes a review of the accountin8 records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of anv unusual ltsms or dl%105ures in the accounts, and seeking explanatlons from you a5 trustees concernin8 any such matters. The procedures undertsken do not provlde all the evldence that would be required in an audit, and Consequently no opinion Is 8lven as to whether the accounts present a true and fair vlew, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the 5tstement below.
