Independent Examinerfs Report to the Trustees of the 11th FINCHLEY SCOUT GROUP I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the 11th Finchley Scout Group for the year ended 31 December 2021 which are set OLrt on pages 1 to 4. Responsibilities and Basis of report As the charity trustees of 11th Finchley Scout Group you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the 11 th Finchley Scout Group accounts carrted out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent Examin8rfs statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me Gause to believe Ihat in any material respect: accounting records were not kept in respect of the 11th Finchley Scout Group as required by seclion 130 of the Act, or the accounts do not acrd wth those records.
