Thank you to all of you for coming to tonight's meeting. 

Georgia & Kelly have done really well getting new fundraising ideas in place. Pappfest has been attended again this year which is a good annual fundraiser. 

Staff are doing really well with different training & it supports the setting effectively. 

Forest School is going really well & is the best thing about Pre-School & why families want to attend.  We are one of few settings that offer this & the stay & play sessions are bringing families to the setting. Well done to Georgia in promoting these 

Thank you for everyone's support over the past year & for supporting me & Kelly running Pre-School & making it  one of the best in the area.  We have an excellent team who all support each other really well & Kelly always says how proud she is of the setting & the team behind her. 

I look forward to another good year ahead & will support whatever is needed of me.

## **MANAGERS  REPORT: KELLY WRIGHT** 

Thank you to all of you for coming to tonight's meeting. 

It’s nice to see Parents/Carers involved more into the Pre-School setting & we seem to have some really nice families. 

Numbers have been higher since last year & I think we’ve caught up from the lower birth rate since Covid. 

Georgia Wrigtht completed her level 5 last year which has been really good support for myself in running Pre-School & supporting other staff & she is doing well with the Nottingham University Early childhood studies. 

Carolyn from the parish council has kindly offered Pre-School an annual stall for our fundraising.  We do, however, advertise the setting in the Pappfest magazine which is £100 

Staff member Jessica Carney supports Georgia really well with the Forest School sessions & she is due to complete her level 3 forest school training. 

Thank you for everyone's support over the past year & for supporting me in making the Pre-School what it is. We have an excellent team who support each other really. I’m very proud to have the team that I have. 

Thank you to Mel for supporting me over the past year in the running of Pre-School & the rest of the Committee for when I’ve needed your support. 

Nikki has offered to look into this again & hopefully get it up & running. 

The accounts are a lot more healthier than the previous year & I think a revamp of all equipment would be really beneficial for the setting. 

I hope we continue to have a good year going forwards & look forward to keep thriving the way we are.
