Thank you for coming to tonight's meeting & weFcome to those that are new to the setting & to those that
have come for n￿re infoimation about things are running.
We seem to have much lower numbers on the Committee & it's something that myself & Kelly have spoken
about to try & promote over the IdI￿1n0 year.
It's b￿n very trwng times since the Covid panderTh¢ but e￿rything seems to be oettino back to normal now
& we can focus on more fundrai&ng events.
Numbers have been good previously but l understand they ha￿ been lower over the past year & will be
this year. This can be quite conceming when it's a charity & staff wages. renl & consumables are going up
but nfx much more in funding from the governmenL
Georgia Wright completed her Level 3 Forest Schcd training & I￿ Krytnessed the sessions going ahead
which have been a great asset to the seiting. We seem to be drawing more Parents to the setts'ng wants'ng
their children to be part of outdoor learnirwJ.
Well done also to Georgia for work'ng towards level 5 & hope there's not too much work but hopes it brings
good knowledoe & support to the Pre-school.
riegan Garfield will also be InteNiewed for a postion after she's com￿eted her level 3 apprenllceship
trainiro.
I spent ak¢ of tune coming into the setting last term whi(* I didn't expe¢1. GThng torward we appobnted &
ce che4rperson (Kim Beard) In order for us to work togeiher & share the workload when needed.
We lost 3 rrembers of staff, Sdly, Cindy & Yvette.
Welcome to our team new ffEmbers of staff Nikki & Natalie & Ixrth seem to be settling in very well.

Thank you to all of you lor coming to tonighfs meeting.
Everyihing seems to be getting back to normal now since the Cvid pandemic & we can focus on more
fundraising e￿nts & getting Parent￿CarerS inwjved more into the Preryschooi setting.
Numbers have been goc*J previous years but ifs been lower over the past year & will be this year due to a
natsonal kn'rth rate. This wll be quite concerning when il's a charity & staff w8oes. rent & consumables
are going up but not much in furKling from the o)vernff£nt. vthich myself & Mel have s￿ken about.
Georgia Iith'gth has completed her Level 3 F(Kest Schod tranino which has been a very lyg asset 10 the
seiting. Georgia is dso workn'ng towards letrEI 5 which will be good supw)n for myself in the long run of
running Pre-school & supportiNJ other staff.
riegan Gathdd is in the process of comrAeting hei Apprenticeship training & wants to stay at Pre-school. I
