to Ioclhl re8idcnt%. When making deci5ion8 about the applicants the truslee.q have tried io ensure that they provide
aLu)mmudation tt) tho¥c most io neeii of the typc of aLLI)mmodation the trust offers.
We are pleascd to say tl)at ive have a full ¢omplemenl of trustee5 which remaiii as was the case last year.
There werc no void properties, unexpccled or emergency large items ofexp¢ndilure during the 2023-24 financial year.
This meant that oiir financ¢s were healthy enough to undert8ke impN)vement works to exten)al areas. gardens and
within I'esident's homes.
At Ihe Annual Gcncral fvte¢ling last year rvJid¢nls identified improvements thcy ivould like to see. As a result, Is'c sel
up a r¢sident led improvcmcht fund.
During 2023-24 we ¢ompleted the priorities identified ￿,hICh were mainly around eledrical impiDvement ivorks. The
priority for 2024-25 ha8 been identified b>. I'esid¢nl.8 &% repair and repainting of front which li'e hope lo cai'ry out
during 2024.
We have also started phase l ol. improvements lo the iyider s¢hem¢ and gardeiis. For example. 1ornia¢king works to the
di'iveivay and sotn¢ r¢poii)ting of the palio t¢ffa¢¢.
During the year w¢ ivere pleased whcrt Kirkl¢¢s Council set up a dcdicated l¢am lead by Mr Moonaf Dabharia to ivork
on non- Housing Revenu¢ Account properties such os Almshous¢s.
This has led io improvements in communicalion and service fn)m the council who cany out housing managcrnent and
rent services for the Trustees under conÈrn¢t.
Publie bell¢fit
The trustees pay due reE#rd to the Cliarity Comini8sion guidanee on Public Benefit and believe that the provision of
social liousing ivithin the local communit)r conforms with this guidan¢e.

Tru8l¢es are appointed from %viihin the local comrnunity and fmm professionals who bring odditional skills and
experlise lo the trust. All new Irvsl¢¢s are provided with Charity Commission publication CC3 'Th¢ Essenlial Trustee.

to Ioclhl re8idcnt%. When making deci5ion8 about the applicants the truslee.q have tried io ensure that they provide
aLu)mmudation tt) tho¥c most io neeii of the typc of aLLI)mmodation the trust offers.
We are pleascd to say tl)at ive have a full ¢omplemenl of trustee5 which remaiii as was the case last year.
There werc no void properties, unexpccled or emergency large items ofexp¢ndilure during the 2023-24 financial year.
This meant that oiir financ¢s were healthy enough to undert8ke impN)vement works to exten)al areas. gardens and
within I'esident's homes.
At Ihe Annual Gcncral fvte¢ling last year rvJid¢nls identified improvements thcy ivould like to see. As a result, Is'c sel
up a r¢sident led improvcmcht fund.
During 2023-24 we ¢ompleted the priorities identified ￿,hICh were mainly around eledrical impiDvement ivorks. The
priority for 2024-25 ha8 been identified b>. I'esid¢nl.8 &% repair and repainting of front which li'e hope lo cai'ry out
during 2024.
We have also started phase l ol. improvements lo the iyider s¢hem¢ and gardeiis. For example. 1ornia¢king works to the
di'iveivay and sotn¢ r¢poii)ting of the palio t¢ffa¢¢.
During the year w¢ ivere pleased whcrt Kirkl¢¢s Council set up a dcdicated l¢am lead by Mr Moonaf Dabharia to ivork
on non- Housing Revenu¢ Account properties such os Almshous¢s.
This has led io improvements in communicalion and service fn)m the council who cany out housing managcrnent and
rent services for the Trustees under conÈrn¢t.
Publie bell¢fit
The trustees pay due reE#rd to the Cliarity Comini8sion guidanee on Public Benefit and believe that the provision of
social liousing ivithin the local communit)r conforms with this guidan¢e.
Structure? governance and mAnAgeMent
Tru8l¢es are appointed from %viihin the local comrnunity and fmm professionals who bring odditional skills and
experlise lo the trust. All new Irvsl¢¢s are provided with Charity Commission publication CC3 'Th¢ Essenlial Trustee.
